What We Do

Military Design & Build | Engineering, Procurement & Construction

We have a complete in-house professional construction crew as well as factory-trained technicians managed by a team of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineers and Project Managers experienced in Renovations & Design/Build projects.
We respond to RFP, RFQ & RFI for Military Construction, Commodities and Services.
We survey, design and provide a complete set of engineering drawings, construction details and schedules.
We specify, quote and procure the projects' requirements directly from their respective manufacturers.
We consolidate and warehouse the products, equipment and building material.
We crate, pack and ship the orders in sea freight containers or palletized air cargo directly to the project site.
We assemble and install the project's material with our own Diversified Construction crew under factory-authorized supervision.

Our principal activities are Civil & Electro-Mechanical projects at OCONUS CENTCOM Military Installations. Diversified Construction is a current major contractor to the U.S. Military and we have since 2003 progressively completed a multitude of DoD projects throughout the Central Command Area of Responsibility - CENTCOM AOR
