PROJECT PROCUREMENT
Our Approach
Being responsive promptly and professionally to the inquiries followed through by a thorough and accurate review of the requirements' take-offs with a fine attention to details of the specifications.
Request for Quotes (RFQ) | Request for Proposals (RFP)
Assign the RFQ line-item requirements to their respective manufacturers; provide updated specification sheets, part numbers, availability and cost. For RFPs, we will recommend the most efficient, value-engineered option available.
Preparing Quotations | Proposals
We will prepare a quotation/proposal detailed with line-item specification sheets, availability lead times, packaging, dimensions, weights and logistics costs.
Order Confirmation and Acknowledgement
Upon confirmation of the order, we will issue an acknowledgement Proforma Invoice with complete terms and conditions and production lead time.
Financial Details
Our Proforma invoice will detail FOB, FAS, C&F & CIF subtotal values.
Special orders and/or custom fabrications are pre-paid orders to the manufacturers and are therefore non-cancellable.
Operation & Maintenance | Warranty
Diversified Construction will warranty all workmanship and material for 1 year from date of project handover. Thereafter, manufacturers' expressed warranties apply.
Manufacturers' Operation & Maintenance Guides are furnished, where applicable, with all close-out documents.
CONSOLIDATION & WAREHOUSING
Warehouse Receiving
Whether receiving small parcels by hand, pallets by forklift or heavy equipment by cranes. our facilities are well-equipped with material handling equipment on premises to support all volumes and weights.
Consolidation
Our Order Tracking and Inventory Management System is accountable for storage and locations of the consolidated orders in our warehouse. We can maintain the goods 'on hand' and arrange 'just-in-time' consignments tailored to the projects' timelines.
Container Packing
Once the consolidated orders are complete, goods are packed in 20' / 40' containers or shipped break-bulk LCL (less-than-container-load.) Our expert loaders will brace the cargo with wooden studs and boards to protect goods in transit.
